Peppa

Really special home needed for this very special little girl.

Peppa was a very much loved little dog who came to us when her owner was terminally ill. As an older girl who doesn’t have much sight, we thought we had found her the perfect retirement home but we have recently been asked to look after her while her owner was in hospital. We’ve now been asked to find her another home, as current owner has some significant health issues and she feels she is unlikely to be well enough to care for Peppa again.

Because of Peppa’s poor sight she relies on a lot of close contact with her carer to feel safe and secure and does sleep in owner’s bedroom.

Megan who is looking after her currently has found that she loves to play ball and if you drop it close to her she responds to the sound of it….we did originally think she was deaf but Megan has proved that one wrong.

She is wary of men and feels much safer with women and when she has had a guided tour of house and garden she is good at finding her way around but she does have a few collisions.

She is currently being cared for in Melksham…..let’s find someone who can care for and love her for the rest of her days.
