As you can see Otis doesn’t have much respect for personal space, and is at his happiest and most relaxed when he is as close to his human as he can get.

Otis was dumped and had to be trapped to be caught which is quite surprising given how much he loves humans and is desperate to be loved.

He had no chip when found so age is a guess but thought to be around 2 years old.

He’s now fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered and ready to go.
