Rosie is a very sweet, gentle, friendly amid loving 6 year old Akita.

She came to us from the pound, being taken there by the dog warden as a welfare case, being underweight, with mange.

Rosie is now in good condition and has just been spayed, operated on for entropia and had a tooth removed.
Everyone who meets this girl loves her.  She has the sweetest nature and her foster carer says she is the easiest dog she has had.   She walks well with a head collar, is able to be left for a few hours and is fine in the car.  She is friendly with people out and about and largely ignores other dogs.
Because we don’t have Rosie’s history we are looking for an adult only home for her as the only dog.   She isn’t cat friendly (no one is perfect).
She would like someone to be home most of the time and for there to be a secure garden for her to chill in.
